I cannot recommend World of Xeen enough! This is a masterpiece among DOS RPGs, and RPGs in general! Admittedly, the interface is a tad clunky, but that's it for the downside. There is a 'talkie' version that adds LOTS of voice acting!

+88jan88 If you're having trouble with the mac version just download the dos version and drag the .exe application file into dosbox, or whatever the main game file is, that usually works.

This might be a stupid question, but how do I play the game on the MAC after i download it? I double clicked on the icon and I get a page with unreadable text

Game was installed using Sound Blaster with IRQ5. Change to IRQ7 as per emulator setting.

Yeah, we know it is not a direct sequal but a colab of a few games to make it up to 6.. besides anyway. I liked The CLouds of xeen for ages still do.. Idk jus the way it was made the look and feel. I like being able to go forward back and sidesways none of that crap clipping :P Blah if you'd ask me keep that crap for god modes and admins only. I think that's the stupidest thing in games now a days .. makes them too easy and you can beat them like that. Keeping it simple like they did bu uping the graphics would have done and been a much better idea.. now if you want a incling of what that would be like look like go here The legend of grimlock :) OMG this game is the ruler of all dungeon crawlers damn it looks and feels like a dream.

No matter what the Folder says. This is not Might & Magic 6. World of Xeen is MM4 and MM5 combined with extra quests.

This game is a classic. Well worth installing DOSBOX to run under Linux or Windows. It may not have the sex appeal of modern games but the imaginative play is great!
